Cassandra Carter

Greetings and Welcome!

I am Miss Cassandra Carter, LD Case Manager and Special Education Teacher. I am new to the Lake Ridge Family and Prince William County Schools. I am a native of Virginia and the fifth of six siblings. I completed my educational studies at VCU and ODU. I lived and taught overseas where I traveled extensively around the world. One of my greatest passion is working with global humanitarian teams to bring relief efforts and support to children around the world. There is nothing greater than seeing their eyes light up and smiles etched on their faces. I am thrilled to be among a World Language Community and experience many cultures from around the world. We have a rich community of learners and staff that bring great opportunities for learning.  LRES is grateful and thankful for a supportive parent community. I love seeing our students grow and develop in a nurturing conducive environment for learning. Please feel free to reach out for any questions and concerns using the email provided. We miss our students greatly and we hope you are keeping well during these unprecedented times.
