Dear LRES Families,
It’s hard to believe 2nd quarter is already over. Report cards will be on ParentVUE on 2/14. We are sad to see our 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Russell, leave due to her husband’s military transfer. However, we are very excited to welcome Ms. Izaguirre to our staff. Ms. Izaguirre is an experienced teacher, and we welcome her wholeheartedly! There will be an open house for the parents of her students on 2/12 at 4:20.

100th DAY OF SCHOOL
Celebrate with us for being 100 days smarter on February 7th! To help us celebrate, we invite students and staff to dress like they are 100 years old! Get creative with glasses, hair, and outfits! We cannot wait to see what you come up with!
ATTENDANCE CELEBRATIONS
The following classes had the highest attendance per grade level last quarter, and they get to celebrate with a dance party at the end of the day on Friday in the gym! We are so excited to celebrate with them!

We apologize for being premature with our information about bringing Dojo back. We will not be able to make this happen. However, we are really working hard to keep our Facebook page very active, so you can see pictures and know what’s happening in the school. Unlike Dojo, you do not need to have an account created to see the school content, you can even share it with your family members and friends in other states.
