With 19 years of experience in education, I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. I believe strong partnerships between families and schools are essential to student success, and I am committed to empowering our Lake Ridge Learners to be reflective, courageous, curious, and resilient. As a member of a military-connected family, I value the importance of community, connection, and support, and I am dedicated to ensuring every Lion feels valued, inspired, and prepared for a bright future.

    My name is Kristin Lamarra, and I am honored to join the Lake Ridge Elementary community as a new administrator. Over the course of my career in education, I have had the privilege of serving students, families, and staff as a teacher leader and special educator. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of collaboration, strong relationships, and high expectations to help every student succeed. As we begin the 2026-2027 school year, I am excited to partner with our talented staff, support meaningful learning opportunities for all students, and build upon the strong traditions that make Lake Ridge such a special place.
