I am honored to serve as the principal of Lake Ridge Elementary School. With 19 years of experience in education, I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. I believe strong partnerships between families and schools are essential to student success, and I am committed to empowering our Lake Ridge Learners to be reflective, courageous, curious, and resilient. As a member of a military-connected family, I value the importance of community, connection, and support, and I am dedicated to ensuring every Lion feels valued, inspired, and prepared for a bright future.

Ms. Meyers serves as the Assistant Principal at Lake Ridge Elementary School. She supports the daily operations of the school and works closely with students, families, and staff to help ensure a welcoming and efficient learning environment. She is excited to be part of the Lake Ridge Elementary community and looks forward to supporting student success.

Ms. Lamarra joins Lake Ridge Elementary as the Administrative Intern for the 2026-27 school year. Since beginning her journey with Prince William County Schools in 2013, she has built a successful career in special education, most recently serving at Pennington Traditional School. Kristin is excited to support the Lion community and looks forward to working alongside students, staff, and families to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment
